TRX Review - Is It a Portable Gym?

!±8± TRX Review - Is It a Portable Gym?

This TRX review, or Total Resistance Exercise, helps you get the facts. TRX was originally developed by the Navy Seals and used in their training program. It's now being produced and offered to the public by the manufacturer Fitness Anywhere.

It's designed to offer the same suspension training that a home gym would offer. Keeping true to their name, Fitness Anywhere promotes this product as a "portable gym" that you can take with you "anywhere" you want.

TRX - a Portable Gym?

Portability is the idea behind this product, allowing you to stick to your exercise program no matter where you are. A TRX review found that it comes as a single piece of equipment that weighs less than 2 lbs, and is able to fit into any suitcase or gym bag. Keeping in mind how busy your schedule can be, it can be set up in minutes and can be anchored to a beam or doorway, with the doorway anchor accessory.

What does it look like?

Well it's made with adjustable straps and include handles, foot loops and anchors. It's fairly versatile piece of fitness equipment and allows you to perform quite a few exercises. This TRX review shows that it can be used by both beginner and advanced exercisers since the straps are adjustable allowing you to select the difficulty of the exercise to match your own fitness level.

What's the Workout?

The combination of your own body weight and natural gravity works to create RESISTANCE to provide you with a complete training system. Each TRX comes with comprehensive instructions and training tips to assist you with getting the most out of your workout. Added in my TRX review here is the complete library of workout videos that work directly with the TRX available to help enhance your training program. These DVDs are specifically developed to increase:

The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to use a WEIGHT LOSS PLAN that includes both a well balanced exercise program and a complete nutrition plan. It is important that before choosing the weight loss plan for you that you consider your time restraints, costs and looks at a few different options available.

What can get in your way of losing weight?

Time: We seem to never have enough of it and we are always trying to squeeze more things into our schedule. Fitting fitness into your schedule is no different. Although they advertise that this products takes only seconds to set up, a TRX review has shown people who have used it have stated that it is not as easy as it looks. Cost: We are all looking for products that give us the best bang for our buck. The TRX is not cheap, costing an average of 9 for a basic kit and 0 for a complete kit, which includes the doorway anchor accessory. This does not even include the cost for the DVDs that accompany this item. Options: As I mentioned, having a full plan that attacks weight loss form all sides is what will get you the fastest results.

This TRX reviews makes it clear that yes it is a great add-on but you should also make note that long-term successful plan must include diet and nutritional advice and personal 1-on-1 support as well.
